MVA were extensively involved in the development of the Fancourt Golf Estate, one of the premier residential and golf estates in South Africa. Along with designing club houses and practice facilities, the practice developed a set of design guidelines for residential precincts and designed over 100 individual homes in the estate.

More recently MVA was involved in the renovations and modernisation of the Historic Fancourt Manor House boutique hotel.
