Water’s Edge

Water’s Edge is a 144-unit residential apartment building in Century City overlooking the award winning Intaka Island Nature Reserve.

The building is designed to follow the natural curve of the canal that runs through the development, providing units with north and west facing vistas. The building is raised off the ground on piloti allowing the natural, landscaped canal edge to continue under the building.

This creates a public park space with grand staircases allowing flow from the urban space to the Canal Walk shopping centre behind the apartment building. To the south, a ‘park and ride’ parking facility forms a buffer between the busy shopping precinct and the residential building.
